I had an issue with someone in the customer service centre (Australia-based) but a manager called shortly to resolve the issue. I've been a customer with Internode for a long time (choosing another plan to suit my current NBN usage), I haven't had issues with them up until today but I'm satisfied that it was so professionally dealt with.
