Review of SelectHealth

I contacted you on 11/13/2017 about you going back and recouping money paid from claims both this year and last. I was told that there was an error in my file where you entered I was eligible for Medicare (I'm 30 and not disabled). After bringing it to your attention, I was told the error has been corrected and that you will re-process and re-issue payment for all of my medical claims for this year and last. Here we are over a week later and absolutely nothing has happened. Not a single claim has been re-processed! Now I'm receiving medical bills from every medical provider I've seen in the past 2 years; to the tune of $20,000+ dollars worth of medical bills. What am I supposed to do? Pay and hope they refund correctly? I don't have $20,000 to pay these! If I don't get them taken care of quickly, I'll be sent to collections for an error that was not my fault whatsoever. How fair is that? Thank you very much for ruining my holiday season.

UPDATE: SelectHealth has reprocessed the claims (took 3 weeks), after having to contact them 4 times. Unfortunately, all of my doctors for the past 2 years have already resubmitted new claims (duplicates now being denied) and then sending me bills for the total amounts. I'm still receiving random bills in the mail, and now, 30 days overdue notices. FML. Luckily, this happened around open season so I have already switched to another carrier next year.
