First oil change / service....made the appt, same ...

First oil change / service....made the appt, same day, online. Arrived 5 minutes early. Dave & Frank got me right in. Customer Cafe was clean & bright. Got some work done. 45 minutes later. Out the door...if it could have been any better, I'm not exactly sure how!! As always, thanks FM Ford Team...from day 1 it has been and continues to be a wonderful, satisfying experience.....
