String quartet concert by the Allegri Quartet. Part of a series of Sunday morning concerts in the round at this theatre, which is the ideal size for an intimate involvement with the players and great sight lines. The players swap seats after each piece to give different views for the audience. As usual, an interesting and rewarding programme, superbly played, with informative introductions by Raphael Todes, the second violin.
