I have never had a good experience with the ER or Outpatient Lab. Over an hour wait for a blood draw and at 5pm all the employees could talk about how they were supposed to be going home and it's time to close. Do you think WE want to be here at 5:30? NO we don't. Very unprofessional. The ER was as well two weeks ago. Didn't even bother testing my daughter for anything, just gave her antibiotics and sent her home. Thank goodness Glen Rose has an amazing ER and they properly diagnosed her and treated her correctly. Not only do you have to deal with ALL unprofessional people, they charge 5x what other hospitals charge. I wouldn't even give 1 star if I had the option.
