This was the highest building in Scandinavia when it was built and guess it still is in Finland.
In good weather it offers great views over Tampere and the lake to the north. In the summer you can go on the outdoors viewing platform too.
On top the is a revolving restaurant that I haven't tried. But you can sit there are the table eating dinner and get a great 360-view while you gently go around the whole tower.
