There are several reason why I m giving this hotel...

There are several reason why I m giving this hotel a 3 star.

We had free WiFi with our stay and we weren t advised of there was no information on how to access it. When you selected the guest WiFi it promoted you for payment, only after checking with concierge (who aren t open 24 hours) they confirmed that you can proceed and won t be charged.

The clean sheets. They don t clean your sheets unless you put this really small card on your bed. They make your bed everyday. Only after nothing the small card, it was obvious that we were laying on dirty sheets for 5 days. Which in your own house isn t a biggy but in a Marriott hotel you expect better.

The restaurant they have in the place closes after approx 12pm so you can only use the bar for food after their time.

We were entitled to free cinema tickets with our booking. After checking in again we have to prompt the concierge and then they give you the tickets.

All in all, expect better from a Marriott hotel, was very disappointed, service was similar if a budget hotel in England. Check in staff need to be more proactive.

Virgin Atlantic I d suggest you look elsewhere for your favourite hotels in time square.
