My sister Jackie Polite purchased a vehicle with them on May 20th 2020 with sales rep Liam Edwards. I have never seen her so distraught and unhappy . She has reported being lied to not from Liam but from finance . Calls have not been returned to her and to think my mother has purchased vehicles with them for over 20 years. My sister is not a big spender and being that she is a single mother of two she must budget. With that being said this purchase was definately planned out . The payout of her old vehicle was not done in a timely manner causing collection calls from the previous lender daily. She still cannot register her vehicle because she is not loaded in the DMV database so its now over 30 days and she is unable to get her plates. Because of the stress she suggested they just give her old vehicle back and she was told if she did so she would be charged mileage for the car she is currently driving. . And to think i was going to get a car from them as well.. BUYER be aware. Your in for a bumpy ride. Stay clear and proceed with caution.. ...
