When reviewing comments I always hope the user is being as truthful as possible, so in that respect I will be honest in my experience. As I looked at the rooms and prices, I saw the cheapest was $289, then $320, then $349 and decided to go with the $349 room, being I was staying with my wife for one night. Upon arrival, the valet was courteous $28 dollar valet mandatory, okay not the end of the world. Went to check in, somehow, my reservation was cancelled. wow, great, although my info was in their system, they said it was cancelled. They went ahead and booked me another room and claimed to be an upgrade facing the beach. After waiting 30+ minutes, the room was ready and went upstairs. Upon opening the door, I was instantly disappointed. For a $350-$400 range room this looked more like a $99 dollar a room suite. Our room was not facing the beach, rather the parking lot although if you look all the way to the right you can get a glimpse of the beach, but definitely wasn't facing it. I wasn't impressed, and I wanted to be. Hardwood floor, bed was comfy, TV was eh, nothing crazy standard 27" flat screen. Room Service, stops serving at 1 am. So if you plan on going out like a normal young adult and plan to unwind with some room service..your out of luck. moral of the story, the staff was nice and accommodating, very professional, but I was definitely disappointed with the room. The next day we got a chance to check out the 1 small hot tub, was okay, and took a look at the pool which looked alright. At $99 a night I'd say, sure I'd go there again..but for the price i paid, I would definitely not stay there again.
