Sadly, I give this place a 3 star due to Customer Service, the product was great but again, the service was not as cooperative as I thought it would. I had to make a phone call this afternoon so I can get help with an issue on the Lenovo laptop, the one of the employee who picked up the phone was rude towards me because I had hard of hearing, she seem to get mad cuz I couldnt understand what she said, I asked nicely if she can repeat on what she said then Suddenly I got hung up. I am very disappointed that I didnt get my issue resolved. Please fix this.
