Because of the cost of the hotel I would have expected the car parking, which they use Wilson parking next door to be free, but it's not. When we arrived to check-in, the lady serving us wasn't very pleasant, so just a heads up for everyone else. The hotel now has free WiFi but that's also a gimmick, the speed is shared by so many people on our floor that it was incredibly slow and kept cutting in and out. Because the reception lady wasn't that nice, we thought we'd try their new online check out. The process was easy but I never received a receipt for the checkout as promised. I'll have to give them a call today just to make sure that they don't over charge me. I've stayed at many 5 star hotels and this isn't one of them.
