After calling several dealerships with the same information, explaining that I wanted to come in, look at the car, and have a bottom line price with no back and forth, I found the Renton Honda was by far a better buy. I spoke to Travis and was within a few minutes given a great price on a 2013 Civic. I set an appointment for the next day, and was called about an hour beforehand to confirm I was coming and see if there was any particular color I was interested in, they had both colors I had in mind ready for me when I arrived. Travis was unable to help me and Phong (Kevin) was sent over to show me the cars. Talk about a great bunch of guys. Kevin was very upfront, super friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They were very respectful, allowed me to take the car home and try it in my garage and show my wife. I returned and the price was exactly what we spoke about before, a great bottomline price with none of the typical car dealership tricks. The finance department was great too. Very personable while maintaining the professionalism you would expect out of a business. It's no surprise Renton is a huge volume dealer with great ratings. Kevin even offered to help me drive the car home as I was in my other car, even though the dealership was closed by the time we were done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Renton Honda to anyone. I never felt pressured and always knew that what they were telling me was correct, I did my research beforehand but would have been just fine walking in and asking questions. It's rare everything materializes in such a complex process with it being so simple and straightforward.
