Wow, can't believe some of the comments! This company is great and we have several hundred of our clients with them. The person with the address change, ever heard of the internet and go on line to your BRI website and change it yourself? Everything is done on the internet today! The slow payment complaint. Did you know your employee set up payment guidelines with BRI when they contracted with them? Maybe your employer set BRI up so that payments are released infrequently? May wish to check with your HR department. The IRS rules and regulations. They are real and having dealt with dozens of companies that do the same thing as BRI can safely tell you it is the same wherever and whoever you have doing your administration. If the IRS audits your employer BRI has to produce records for your employer showing that they have complied with IRS regulations. I'm sorry you all have had this trouble but its the nature of the beast. Oh and by the way. The person who said "its my money." Wrong! You signed a salary "reduction" agreement when you took out the FSA, not a salary "deduction" agreement. If you don't pay Federal and State Income Tax and you don't pay FICA and Medicare Tax on the monies in your FSA, its a benefit plan for you to use when you have a claim but its your employer's money until you have a claim against the FSA plan.
