I went to Don Valley North Hyundai, on Tue Oct 30, 2018 to put on winter tires and was very impressed by the service. It being my first time there and being someone who works in a customer service environment, it was the best service I have seen and received. What struck me was all the staff that I observed while waiting in the lounge were friendly, polite, corteuos and seemed to like what they do. They talked nicely to all customers even when I noticed one lady who was upset about something. The guys at the information area were calm and talked to her nicely. By the time she left, she was smiling. I must say this was one dealership I'm certain to work with going forward. My day was made and have already started sharing my experience with friends and family. Elaine at reception was also great with her welcoming and friendly personality.
