Double charged, hotel was paid for by company, got there to check in, and talked to girl working front desk made sure hotel was paid for but she asked for card for incidentals, i asked if anything would be charged to card and she said no, unless something happened to room. Got to room after checking in and noticed my bank accoumt had been charged. I called front desk and she tried to blame it on some guy making mistake, and money would be returned in 48 hrs. Deffinatly wasnt a guy who checked us in, and she was fully aware she double charged us, and laughed about it. We will never use this place again
