Wish the experience was better. Went to the store on July 2nd. Store hours on the window was 8 pm. Walked in and was greeted. I apologized because they closed at 8 pm and the sales associate said not to worry. I had a lot of questions about the different widths. I wear a narrow width but they only carried one style. They advertise that they carry narrows widths in the newspaper ad that I saw. I was interested in the 880 and the sales associate said that they could order it for me. Either ship them to me or to the store. I was very thankful that they offered that to me but I needed them right away. I felt bad asking so many questions because the store closed at 8 pm. Not smart of a business to have their doors opened past closing time. It also seemed like they had a lot more clothing/socks compared to sneakers. I didn t purchase anything because they didn t have the style I was looking for in a narrow width but I was pleased with the service that I received. I wish they would carry narrow widths as advertised. This being the only new balance store in the area I wish they carried more styles and color options
