HR is incompetent from many points of view. Project Managers are no good at that company, many of them do not have people skills, QA or management experience.

In short, I applied for the first time to a QA Lead Tester position and the PM was staring at the ceiling, occasionally digging in his nose, or asking questions that he didn't even know what to answer and one of the 2 girls was harassing. from them from HR to give an answer for them. Many times I was not even allowed to answer a head-to-tail question, that the man was already starting to take me by "but it's not like you say, it's like I say. [...] that's the way we are in the company, it's not how do you know. "
After this discussion with 3 people from which I did not understand anything, I was contacted the next day by one of the girls from HR to give me "wonderful" news that I did not take the interview, but that they will * probably * for a position of Senior QA Tester. I politely asked her why I did not take the interview and the results, but she did not want to tell me - "This was the results" - in the conditions in which she is obliged to tell me / show me what I was wrong and what was not. I then asked her about Analyst positions, but she lied to me that they didn't have that - they had, but they kept for those who they want to hire / promote them apparently.

I then left the city due to some problems, and a few months later when I applied again to them for the Senior QA Tester, absolutely no account was taken of the other interview and results, I had a discussion in Romanian and one in English, then 2 English tests in which I was not allowed enough time to finish everything I had to write. Not to mention that when I was called for the interview, my cheek was hit on the phone as to why I didn't come last time, they tried to give me etc, under the conditions I mentioned then and sms I have an emergency and I won't get there, but apparently, it's easier to get hold of someone without letting him finish what he has to say and harder to hear.

Interviewed him I was told that I will have an indefinite contract, the same thing he wrote in the posting with the respective job. Surprise, I was contracted for 6 months and so on. I tried to find out why, and the answer was superficial, as usual: "that was the results. You didn't write as much as you should. In oral, in English, you took 7, in writing 6", and the note for the contract was not determined it has to be 8. "Ok, how do you show me the note from the oral? Depending on what? He didn't want to answer me, he actually changed the subject when I asked to prove my notes. I mentioned to him that I didn't I was left as needed to finish the tests, but apparently completely ignored what I said.

The responsibilities of the contract are completely beside what you will get to do on the project where you will be sent. You get thrown if you come up with new ideas to ease the work or bring up some issues, you are marginalized or say that it does not suit them for a specific reason.

Also, did I forget to mention that there are all EA rejects there? On any project / floor you arrive, you will hear a hate speech from every row for all the people in EA, as if they didn't come from there.

They favoritism silly. I asked for more in salary because it does not seem normal for me to have 5 years experience in QA and to be offered a phlegm. I asked for leave a month before (for a free shipping) and was given a jet for no valid reason, but others were instantly approved. I proposed automation for reports, but was given the jet and commented. I stayed after the program many times, unpaid, to wait for taxi colleagues even an hour and something because they were unable to send an email berth at the end of the tour. I stayed over the unpaid program for work. I stayed to fix the mistakes made by illiterates from the turn of the day and I only chose to "look at the insane / stupid / whore that slaps me every time I do something wrong".
