I m providing this review for Chris Tyner, Director, he stepped up to the plate to assist my husband and I when we were having some challenges dealing with EFG a warranty we inherited with the purchase of our home.
Chris has answered my calls every time, , provided me details of all next steps, did not let me hanging and most importantly provided exceptional Customer Service !! My background is call center customer service. I am all to familiar with the challenges of call volume and results.
