Nobody likes getting their car towed but the people here made it much less painless than I expected it to be. Staff is highly professional, especially the gentleman I dealt with named Dan. He was extremely courteous and helpful to me and my family. The facilities are clean. With that being said, I hope I never get towed again! But if I do, I hope my car comes here bc all the other impound lots I've been to were absolutely awful.
