My name is Kevin Colclasure and I am an Account Manager. I have been working with Jennifer Carter at Paces View HOA for the past two years. Her and I together manage Paces View Townhomes and Paces View Commons. Jennifer is absolutely amazing to work with. She helps me with client requests and is always there to assist me when I need help with anything on the property. She is quick to respond to my calls/emails and always is willing to meet me at the property when necessary. I can definitely say that working with Jennifer Carter makes my job a lot easier.
