I use this company over and over and I have now had enough it s been 4 times in the past year that I ve called in for a cab and it never showed because they forgot to request one for me. And when you call in, the person is never very apologetic all they say is looks like someone forgot to send it, want me to send another?

How can you be so disorganized?
Never again.
