I went and worked here for 2 years, as an older person. This was just a few years back. Thought I would die from the hard work but even I, as an elder, changed and grew and I watched time after time, as young people who were self absorbed and immature, turned into generous, mature, kind people. Yes, it's not swank and the food, is well, unremarkable. The hours are long, but so are the memories and laughs and friendships. The owners are essentially saints. They've have poured their savings into this place for years, to keep it alive - simply to make sure that the magic continues. They do without themselves and live very humbly. So, no, they do not profit from this place, except in the fact that they get to be with good people.
