We bought a Kraus faucet in 2018. Unfortunately we had a problem with the spray handle. We contacted the company and they were happy to help! They remedied the issue immediately and the whole process was easy. Now in 2021 another issue arose . Once again I contacted the company and they responded immediately and in two days Inhave new faucet parts on the way! Wow ! So many companies these days have lousy customer service BUT not Kraus they obviously out their customers first and strive to Provide The very best product!
