Horrendous experience... Took my car here for a recall and figured I would get an oil change and a simple tire patch due to a screw that was in my tire, not near the wall, I know I saw where the screw was. I'm a single girl with no help taking care of everything on my own. In this economy few of us have extra money laying around and typically needs to plan out decent sized expenses. I was expecting $100 at most when I dropped off the car and was told the recall couldn't be done because it was a Sunday and it would take about an hour and a half or so for the tire patch and oil change...I was 4th in line that morning when the shop opened..... It's a looong story but my car wasn't available until the next day at 5pm and it cost me close to $300. I feel I was completely taken advantage of and had my back against the wall without a choice. It's not like they gave me any options AT ALL and when I tried to push back I was placated with lies and then the guy disappeared as to avoid keeping his word on the discount I should have been given etc. The whole experience was BS, and on top of that they did a horrible job washing my car, cuz whatever they did to my back window was smeared with something gross and I had to scrub it myself to clean it after I brought it home. **Also they lost some guys key faub while I was there picking up my car, which is crazy! How does a car shop lose someones car key? Not a good place at all...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
