Listen, the times i go to this hotel is when I have a conference/convention going on there. As I'm a local, i dont really have a need to reserve a room. However, the times I've been there, i could see the hotel was kept clean and staff was very helpful. The location of the hotel is very centric and there are plenty of places to see around even within walking distance (if you don't mind walking a couple of minutes, of course), and if not, the commuting services aren't as bad either.
