Had a lovely day out. The children love it here. We booked skating and had lovely time the guy driving the tractor and serving at the counter could not have been more helpful. Two of the ice stewards were lovely, 1 was horrendous. I have never met such a nasty, spiteful and horrible lady. Lorraine or something like that. I tried to catch her name as I was appalled by her customer service and manner. I wanted to report her there and then. Awful woman. Spoilt the day for my wife and I. The kids were none the wiser. It was a little sparse on the display and attraction stakes elsewhere.
