I had a great experience with the sales team when I bought my RDX. There was no haggling and I never felt I was playing the game . If I was rating just the sales/finance team it would be 5-stars.
However, purchasing a car is just the first day of the new relationship. The service department is where you continue said relationship...if it was an option I would give the service department 0-stars. I m multiple services in and have yet been able to schedule an appointment and receive service without an issue.
Service 1. I called to make an appt, sat on hold for 45min, hung up and called back after lunch. At the 1hr mark on hold I drove the 15min to the dealership to do it in person. When the manager questioned the Service Manager why I was on hold so long...they said they were busy and would get to calls when they could.
Service 2. (Replacing a tire due to nail in sidewalk) No issue getting an appt, showed up and was waiting for my car because they had no loaner available and it was not supposed to take long. After 1.5hr I asked the clerk for a update, she advised they were backlogged but it should not be much longer. At the 3hr mark I insisted to speak to a manager, We found out they lost my paperwork and did not even realize they had my car.
Service 3. I called and talked to a service manager, unfortunately they only have 1 person that can book loaners and she was at lunch. The service manager took my info and promised to have her call when she got back...no call. The next day I called back at 4:15 because I still have not received a call only to find out the 1 and only person that does loaners goes home at 4. My car was supposed to be serviced the following morning, guess that s not happening...so I m writing this instead.

As stated earlier, if your purchasing a Acura I would totally recommend the sales team here, but don t buy the maintenance plan, you don t want to get locked into their service department!
