I ve had only a pleasant customer service experience with Sweetwater. I ve purchased 2 items on 2 separate occasions and both items were on back order due to COVID. The sales rep, Mac emailed me within a few hours each time to explain the situation and was helpful enough to give me a better deal on one of my items. I did have to cancel one of my orders just due the circumstances with the company and it being completely out of Sweetwaters hands but overall I ve had the BEST customer service and that is all I need to be a loyal customer.
