One of my favorite places but I got a to go order ...

One of my favorite places but I got a to go order while in the hospital that was picked up for me. Ordered a turkey melt on wheat and they sent a wrap. It looked like a dead rat. No way to take it back. I was so disappointed. Have always had good service here and after not eating for several days just wanted a good sandwich. Just a disappointment.
