My husband and I have joined a new gym so tried to cancel membership here. We have contacted this gym twice to arrange cancellation of membership. It has still not happened and we continue to be hounded for payment since we cancelled our direct debits with the bank. I am not getting any acknowledgement of our cancellation request, just continued harassment for payment for a service we never received.
