Absolutely Five Star! Just purchased a beautiful diamond ring for my wife. The service by Judy Bishop was simply the best. Personal and professional. Friendly but also very knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to ensure we got what we were looking for and also got us a fair price. Alan, the owner, and Josh, the owner s son, also spent time with us to ensure we were satisfied. Highly recommend! Will definitely shop there again.

Alan Perry does so much right, it's hard to get it all in in one review. The jewelry of course is beautiful, but it is the customer experience that sets him apart from everyone else. Both my husband and I had the most stress-free experience when choosing my engagement ring and our wedding bands. And I had so much fun customizing my ring, too! So I have a one of a kind! They also have a wonderful wish list that they keep forever, so you can add to it at any point in your life. They also clean your jewelry any time you pop in at no charge. You can tell the staff loves working there by the way they treat their customers. And Alan Perry is extremely philanthropic. He donates his time as well as thousands of dollars in jewelry and $$ to so many non-profits every year. Hands down when you think of jewelry, there is only one place you need to go in Wilmington.

I have been searching for a setting for years and found the perfect choice at Perry s Emporium. Vonda was exceptional and met with me numerous times to find the perfect solution. We tried making a custom setting which I decided looked just like a ring that I have. Vonda displayed complete professionalism and patience as I changed my mind often. Vonda found the perfect setting and the ring looks simply amazing.

1 other note, a few years ago I lost a very cherished ring. Allen's staff was able to pull up old photos they had of my ring. They perfectly hand crafted a perfect match. They as well have created a custom ring from 3d printed methods

I thought my appointment was at 9:00 but when I got there, I realized they don t open until 10:00. Josh Perry let me in the store and personally showed me the earrings I was interested in. He even fixed the missing stone in my wedding ring free of charge. Excellent service. Way above and beyond!!

I have some jewelry that is beautiful but very old and needed updating. Also several repairs that needed to be taken care of. I walked in and met with Suzanne who was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. For over 2 hours!! I am so pleased with her input and and suggestions!! The prices for repairs were extremely reasonable and I felt very heard with my visit!!
