Houston has a clean airport with shop good shops and places to eat. However, their lines to get through security were terrible. The TSA agents had the lines so backed up it was a joke. Also, there was no separate line for TSA PRE customers.
They would be wise to hire new management and re train their security agents. One of the worst flying experiences I have ever had.
