Arrived to Ngurah Rai International Airport on the 23rd of May 2019, we arrived on QF-434 from Sydney, Australia we got off the jetway to see on the tarmac staff laying down on the road we then walked to the arrival hall which is MASSIVE and empty, we went to a setup where you could have a tropical family picture with a sign in the background saying "Welcome to Bali" we arrived to the immigration desk and it took 10-15 minutes which is quick and the lady I went to didn't speak english much, she mumbled alot and didn't know english we went to customs which was done in 2 seconds we went into the queue gave the form to the lady and I saw 500-1k balinese people with signs who were drivers, it was very hard to find our driver from "Buffalo Tours" (which I highly recommend,) toilets very clean, prices not so good, Loved Bali!!
