We have just returned from a night at the Serge Blanco hotel at 4 stars, we are quite mixed, we appreciated the spa / Sauna / Hammam area although a little aging .. on the other hand at the level of the room we heard the neighbors until 1am, knocking, voices, we had to go see or contact the night watchman 5 times. A little disappointing for a 4 star, one expects a quiet night after a moment of relaxation. We asked for a commercial gesture which was accepted by a manager. We appreciated the gesture. We don't think we will come back for the hotel part, but maybe for the spa part.
Another disappointment is the offer of 2 aperitifs offered at the La Pinta cider house which belongs to Serge Blanco, very gloomy, oily and too salty cuisine, the aperitif offer only entitles you to sangria (be careful, this is not specified). A Spanish / bullfighting universe, absolutely not Basque. There is much better to see in Hendaye or the surrounding area.
