We stayed at the hotel from 14-21 September in connection with FSEMC. We left the hotel in the afternoon the 21th to travel to Norway. Our flight was canceled due to the flood that day. We called from the airport and asked for availability, you had one with a king size bed, but could not keep the room for 10 minutes when we were on a taxi. Instead, we had to take a suite at an expensive price. Having been a customer of the hotel for a week, this was a simple way to treat us, after all, we were going to Europe and needed sleep for 5 hours. Lousy treatment, and poor poor customer care.
