A beautiful place with an unparalleled number of activities, what's not to like, except the price tag. For me it really does seem like someone's vision of what holidays might look like in the future. Families cycling from their woodland lodge to a wonderfully equipped sports plaza. Couples taking a stroll from the lake to the spa centre. And it has a wholesome vibe too, parents actively engaging with their kids, smiles and screams of joy all around, particularly when in proximity of the rapids! The place is spotless too, this is clearly no accident, the staff obviously work very hard to maintain this. So despite the price tag I must admit, I completely buy in to it, I may even have to consider one of the treehouses next time...
