Bad service underground. I hope for all Canyon customers that your bike never has to go to the Canyon service center. What you experience here is catastrophic.
Agreements are not kept. Appointments are far in the future and will not be met afterwards. The incompetence in terms of scheduling started with the purchase of my canyon. I will close the Canyon chapter as soon as my bike has "served".
