Terrible. First worked with the owner and wasted 2 days waiting for a reply back, when we made sure they knew we were in a rush to get a door. Then was passed off to another associate whom took 1.5 days to respond to any correspondence. After wasting 2 weeks going back and forth they still couldn't get it right. All they had to do was read a simple e-mail, which clearly explained how we wanted to proceed, and didn't. Instead they sent us the same quote 3 times that we had previously rejected. Do yourself a favor, try another supplier, we are headed to Windows & Doors Inc. in Pompton Plains NJ. So far there customer service is 10 times better. FYI, Home Depot carries the same products Tower does, not worth the hassle
