I love this hotel. I was lucky enough to be able to stay here for 3 months while I was on a temporary assignment for my company that has an office directly across the street in the Illinois Center.

By the end of my 2nd week I talked myself into a corner room Jr Suite.

I was able to experience just about about all the services offered from room service to laundry service. The concierge and doormen proved to be very helpful and knowledgeable about Chicago.

My company said I could fly back to my condo in downtown Seattle every weekend or stay in Chicago. I stayed in Chicago most weekends to explore the city!

I experienced great service the entire time I was there.

My only recommendation is that if you get a room where the shower has a big window like the one I had overlooking N Michigan Ave close the curtain otherwise you'll be giving a show to the office workers in the bldg across the street. .
