From the moment I called and spoke with the customer service rep to schedule the appointment, I received excellent customer service! Tony was our inspector. He was very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. He explained things very well and he made sure we understood everything he was looking at. We received our report in less than 24 hours. His report was very detailed with pictures, explanations, and recommendations. I would highly recommend this company!! 5 star service!! Thank you!
