Not only did Bill Quaday help me find the car of my dreams, but he also helped me in a time of need. I found the most beautiful, certified pre-owned, 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback in flame blue. Bill was very honest with the deal and did not pressure me in anyway. Three weeks after my purchase the car was involved in a flash flood!! Luther Brookdale Toyota was so supportive of me during this time. Duane from the service center called me anytime there was an update on my vehicle. After finding out the vehicle was deemed totaled, I returned to the dealership with very low hopes... I knew my previous car was a certified pre-owned and the odds of finding that again was slim. Bill pulled some strings and made it possible for me to get the car of my dreams again. He, and the dealership, knew I lost a decent amount of money after the loss of my first car. They did what they could to ensure I didn't have to settle. This dealership could have made so much more money off of me if they wanted to, but they aren't about that. They are genuine people who just want to help you. Big thanks to Bill for helping me, not only once, but twice.
