Matthew I don't think there is enough space here to describe how you made both Frank and I feel after we left your office with MY brand new Infiniti Q50 Hybrid. Our experience with you was one of the BEST experiences we have both had in our lifetime in dealing with Sales Reps. You are polite, courteous, gracious, caring and you went over and above for us. If this the beginning for you with Infiniti ... You will only continue to succeed and one day be a part of the Management team. I said it while I was in your location and I will say it again...INFINITI needs to hire 10 Matthew Dorosit's because you are EXECELLENT at what you do. I have and will continue to refer my family and friends to you personally and I know that you will show them the respect and care you showed both Frank and I. We would also like to thank you Matthew for the lovely fruit basket you gave to us knowing that Frank had just lost his father. It meant the world to us.
