Absolute Worst Emergency Room! My daughter (4 year...

Absolute Worst Emergency Room! My daughter (4 years old) cut her chin and it was gushing blood. We immediately brought her to the ER (8:00pm). Once there, we had to wait 2hrs just to be seen then another 2hrs for her to be examined. After examination, we were told she needs stitches but now its to late (12:00am) to properly stitch her up. While there they didnt even clean the wound with antisemitic, saline solution or anytype of infection prevention chemicals and then put 2 PATHETICALLY tied stitches in her chin without closing the would and said, "this should get her through the night and to come back in the morning to have them properly done." She was bleeding right through them as we were being discharged! Once home we had to clean and redress her wound because we could not nor would not have her go to sleep while bleeding. My little Ava is traumatized by this horrible experience and as soon as the morning comes we have to bring her back to have stitches "properly put in." We took photos of what happened and plan to submit a formal complaint. This experience is completely UNACCEPTABLE for anyone, especially a child, to be neglected like this!
