If there was a negative 10 option that's exactly what I'll give this so called electric company, I don't know who this company is paying for these reviews but I hope it's worth the money for the lies.
I was already 1 year into my contract when I moved and they automatically added another year, saying because I didn't fulfill the previous contract. IDIOTS I MOVED BUT KEEP YOU AS MY ELECTRIC PROVIDER!!
Customer Service is the WORST,most don't know proper ENGLISH, can't understand what they are saying. One representative HAD THE NERVE to tell me I need to stay on the phone and not hang up if I wanted to speak with a supervisor I LOST IT!!!
Increased fees BEFORE notifying me and had the nerve to tell me I should've paid my bill on time to avoid the extra fee's. Here it is 6 months later AFTER the supervisor PROMISED to have the fees removed, they are still on my bill and I just politely deduct it from my bill,
Lastly, I'm a truck driver, I'm away from home at least 17 hrs a day, 5-6 days a week, I leave the TV on for the dog yet EVERY MONTH MY BILL INCREASES $5-$15....GO FIGURE!!!
NEEDLESS TO SAY I'LL BE SWITCHING PROVIDERS BY WEEKS END,I'M DONE!!
