My experience at Trend was phenomenal thanks to Glen. I live in upstate NY and Glen came highly recommended from my girlfriends family who have purchased multiple cars from him in the past. When I arrived at Trend I was unsure if I was going to go with a Jetta TDI or a GLI. Glen took his time to help me weigh the options between the cars and once I made the decision to buy a GLI, the process was streamlined and painless. I was so happy with the experience 2 weeks after purchasing my car, I brought my parents down from upstate NY to purchase a Jetta for my brother to have a reliable vehicle while he is away at college. Glen went above and beyond to make our their trip down worth it. I would recommend anyone in the market for a new vehicle to go to Trend and speak to Glen.
