It is among the most pleasant car buying experiences I have had. I was nervous walking into a luxury car dealership because most salesman are known for being vicious sharks; they are out just to get themselves paid. Here, however, I genuinely felt like the salesman helping me through the car buying process was looking to not only accommodate me in a car that was of my taste, but also comfortable to drive and affordable for my pockets. Gary is the man to go to! From the get go he explained all that I needed to know and what I should expect. He listened to all the components of my situation: financial, likes in a vehicle, and the purpose of the purchase. He truly listened and delivered. He hit the nail right on the head with every suggestion so clearly he was listening to me. There were no surprises in store for me (except for walking away with a car that I like with no worries and frustrations.) to add on to his character and salesmanship, as I was finalizing the purchase with him, a previous client of his showed up with a friend who was looking to buy -only from Gary might I add. So it's not just my words stressing that he is the go to salesman at 21 century, but it's the returning clientele that speaks for itself. Finally, closing the deal was just as simple and easy to navigate. There's a pretty lady behind the desk that also explains all that you need to know and all that you need for your vehicle like the gap insurance and extended warranties. Gary is the go to guy
