Sure. I called to see about a payment I had questions about & Ms Bradley took my call. She was very pleasant as I was bothered by not being able to make my payment over the phone. She made me realize that I was using the wrong address. She went on to explain & was very professional in her dealings with me. I m glad I spoke with her because she presented me with a scenario that was Great for me! She was cool. As a company, you should be glad and thankful that she is on board! Truly!
