We bought an RX350 a week and a half ago from this dealership and we would recommend it to all our friends. The service was excellent all throughout our purchase. Sam Surani took lots of time to explain the car and the different packages to us. He is very knowledgeable about the car and made sure we got a car that suits our purposes and needs. The financial services manager Sonny was very careful to explain all the details of everything and we left feeling confident about all the paperwork that was signed. The sales manager Tony gave us a deal we could not turn down. We are extremely happy with the car and the team who made it happen. Alla was wonderful in taking time to show us the ropes around our new car and answering questions about all the gadgets in it. We never felt rushed or pressured.
