I like this company and would like to think that I could use them again, however upon my most recent purchase I feel I have been let down by customer service / after sales. I purchased an item off of the website which in the full specification detailed that it come included with an optical cable, upon receiving the delivery I found this item not to be included with the packaging. I reported this, to be told it was a mistake on the website and in fact the manufacturer doesn t supply the ancillary item with the product. I received an apology which was great and advised by customer services to go and purchase this item from a local store and they would reimburse the costs upon proof of purchase, sent over the proof of purchase and received quick responses explaining that the refund would be processed. I had to chase this again as it hasn t been processed and was appolagised to again and told it would be followed up again and I would be advised further. That was the last response, I have followed this up with a further 2-3 emails to which I am no longer getting a response at all. looking like they have reverted back on their intitial intentions over the matter.
A minor frustration which leaves abit of a bad taste from a thriving reputable business.
However like a lot, the intial sales and delivery process were very efficient and professional.

Update: 29/2/2019
Still no contact made to me personally despite publicised action and resolve to be followed up.

Stephen, could you have someone contact me regarding the matter ASAP please
