I am in emergency with my son. We are in the hall with 30.other patients. The entire staff looks like they lost or they have little powwows with other staff. So unprofessional!!! The nurses behind the counter are just having casual conversation and I've heard the f word. I just watched nurses and security guard laugh and joke about an elderly man as they were wheeling him back to exray....
I will never come here again.
